Alladale River

A river of Easter Ross, the Alladale River rises as headstreams to the south of Bodach Mor in the Freevater Forest. It flows east through Glen Alladale for 4 miles (6.5 km) to join the Abhainn a' Ghlinne Mhoir near Alladale Lodge, 1½ miles (2.5 km) southwest of Croick, where it becomes the River Carron. Its principal tributaries are the Allt a' Chlaiginn and the Allt Riabhach.
