Eldrig LochA small loch in Dumfries and Galloway, Eldrig Loch lies 10 miles (16 km) west of Newton Stewart. Eldrig Fell rises to 226m (741 feet) to the south and Loch Strand links the loch with the Tarf Water to the southwest. Eldrig Loch should not be confused with Loch Eldrig which lies 5 miles (8 km) to the east.
