Well Hill

A summit in the Lowther Hills, Well Hill rises to 606m (1988 feet) on the border of Dumfries and Galloway and South Lanarkshire, a mile (1.5 km) southeast of the Dalveen Pass and 7½ miles (12 km) to the south southwest of Elvanfoot. An old Roman road passes to the southeast and Durisdeer Hill lies immediately to the south.
