Glen Ereray

(Gleann Eirearaigh)

A modest valley on the NW coast of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides, Glen Ereray (Gael: Gleann Eirearaigh) lies midway between Arnol and Brue, 12 miles (19 km) north northwest of Stornoway. The River Ereray flows through the valley en route to Loch Ereray, next to the coast, having emerged from Loch Urrahag in the south.
