Gordon Arms HotelGordon Arms Hotel

A former coaching located in the remote middle reaches of the Yarrow Valley, 8 miles (13 km) south of Innerleithen and 10 miles (16 km) west of Selkirk. This hotel was the last meeting place in 1830 of author Sir Walter Scott (1771 - 1832) and poet James Hogg (1770 - 1835).
