A mansion and an estate in Killearn Parish, Stirling Council Area, Carbeth lies to the south of the Endrick Water, 2 miles (3 km) southwest of Balfron. Carbeth House, dating from the 17th Century, was transformed into a castellated mansion in the 19th century. It was converted into flats in the 1980s.
This property should not be confused with Carbeth Guthrie House located 5½ miles (9 km) to the south.
