Eday Airport
(London Airport)

An airport at the centre of the island of Eday in Orkney, Eday Airport, or London Airport, lies to the west of the Bay of London. Opened in 1971, the airport comprises two intersecting runways; one of grass which is 548m (1699 feet) long and a second of gravel extending to 467m (1532 feet). Eday Airport is operated by Orkney Islands Council and has the International Air Transport Association (IATA) location code "EOI".
