A partially forested summit in the Central Dumfries and Galloway, Blackcraig Hill rises to 406m (1332 feet) 1¼ miles (2 km) east of Corriedoo and 5 miles (8 km) east northeast of New Galloway. The Corriedoo Forest extends over the northwestern slopes of this hill, while it is also at the centre of the Blackcraig Wind Farm.
