Wether Hill

A summit in NE Dumfries and Galloway, Wether Hill rises to 478m (1568 feet) to the west of Nithsdale and 4 miles (6.5 km) south of Sanquhar. It forms a spur of the higher Jarney Knowes, centred a half-mile (0.8 km) to the south. There are two other Wether Hills nearby; one 8 miles (13 km) to the southwest., and the other 11 miles (18 km) to the south southwest.
