Pitmedden ForestA fragmented area of coniferous plantation on the border of Fife and Perth & Kinross Council Areas, Pitmedden Forest lies 1¼ miles (2 km) southeast of Abernethy and 2½ miles (4 km) northwest of Auchtermuchty. The forest is a popular venue for mountain-biking.
