A hillock in the north of the island of Tiree in Argyll & Bute, Balephetrish Hill rises to 36m (118 feet) at the eastern end of Balephetrish Bay and the settlement of Balephetrish, 2¼ miles (3.5 km) northeast of Crossapoll. The remains of a hill-fort are to be found near its summit.
