The highest of a group of summits lying between Glen More and the NE coast of the Isle of Bute, Windy Hill rises to 278m (912 feet) overlooking the Kyles of Bute 2½ miles (4 km) northwest of Port Bannatyne. There is an Ordnance Survey triangulation pillar on its summit.
