A summit in Central Dumfries and Galloway, Airie Hill rises to 291m (954 feet) between Loch Skerrow and Slogarie Hill, 2½ miles (4 km) west southwest of Mossdale. A lobe of the Galloway Forest extends onto its northwestern slopes.
