A highest summit on the southern section of Outer Hebridean island of Vatersay, Am Meall rises to only 92m (301 feet). Lying in the extreme southeast of the island, overlooking the Sound of Sandray, this rocky hill is located 1¼ miles (2 km) east of the settlement of Vatersay.
