Scotland Street School Museum

Designed by Charles Rennie Mackintosh, Scotland Street School is located to the south of the River Clyde and Glasgow City Centre. The school features soaring towers in red sandstone and glass, topped by conical slate hats. The last major commission undertaken by Mackintosh, it highlights his understanding and emphasis on light and space. The building is characterised by many classic Mackintosh features and styles. At night the building is floodlit.
