Knockhill

A motor racing circuit in W Fife, situated on the A823 to the north of Dunfermline in the shadow of Knock Hill which rises to 364m (1194 feet). Established on a farm in 1974, it has become Scotland's leading centre for motor sports with an international licence up to Formula 3. In recent years major events on the racing calendar have included rounds of both the Scottish Motor Racing Club and British Touring Car championships.
