The outermost of a pair of small uninhabited islets located at the northern tip of Aith Ness on the north coast of Bressay in Shetland. Outer Score is only separated from Inner Score by the Gloup of Scores at high tide. Its northeastern coast forms Score Head, the most northerly point of Bressay.
