(Flodaigh)

An uninhabited island in Loch Maddy, on the northeast coast of North Uist in the Outer Hebrides, Flodday (Gael: Flodaigh) lies to the east of Cliasay More and Ferramas, 1½ miles (2.5 km) east northeast of the settlement of Lochmaddy. The island is ¾ mile (1.25 km) in length; a half-mile (0.75 km) is width and rises to 25m (82 feet) above sea level.
