Shillay More

(Siolaigh Mor)

The largest of the islands in Loch Skiport on the northeast coast of South Uist in the Outer Hebrides, Shillay More (Gael: Siolaigh Mor) is separated from the southern shore of the loch by a body of water known as Caolas Mor. It rises to 30m (98 feet) above sea level and, at low tide, is connected to the smaller Shillay Beg to the south southeast.
