Bac Mor
(The Dutchman's Cap)

The distinctively-shaped island of Bac Mor is located at the southwestern end of the Treshnish Isles chain in the Inner Hebrides. Attached to the smaller Bac Beag at low tide, Bac Mor lies 2½ miles (4 km) southwest of Lunga and 8 miles (13 km) southwest of Treshnish Point on Mull. For the most part flat-lying, the island is also known as the Dutchman's Cap after the hill which rises in its centre.
