A pair of small reservoirs located on the hillside between Greenock and Gourock in Inverclyde, Coves Reservoir lies a half-mile (1 km) south of Gourock Bay. The larger Coves Reservoir No.2 is impounded by an earth embankment dam and lies above Coves Reservoir No.1.
