A small river of N Sutherland in Highland Council Area, the Strath Melness Burn forms at the junction of Allt an Loin Chaoil and Allt Innis Choinnich, 2 miles (3 km) west of Talmine, and flows north northeast through Strath Melness for 2 miles (3 km) to enter the sea at Strathan.
