A small rocky drying islet off the west coast of Luing, in the Inner Hebrides, Fraoch Eilean (or 'heather island') is located immediately to the southeast of Eilean Mhic Chiarain and 1¼ miles (2 km) south southwest of Cullipool. Another Fraoch Eilean lies a half-mile (1 km) to the north northeast.
