A small peripheral district of W Edinburgh and former estate, Cammo lies to the south of Cramond Bridge, 4 miles (6.5 km) west of the city centre. The ruins of the late 17th-century Cammo House lie to the west with the ancient Cammo Stane nearby and the early 19th-century Cammo Tower standing to the southwest.
