Lochty Burn

A stream that rises on Benarty Hill in Ballingry Parish and flows 10 miles eastwards to join the River Ore just south of Coaltown of Balgonie. It passes through Ballingry and to the south of Kinglassie and Glenrothes, and at its source is Gruoch's Well, one of a few places to be named after the wife of Macbeth.
