Mulberry Beetle on Old House Point (2005)

A headland on the eastern shore of Loch Ryan (Dumfries and Galloway), Old House Point lies a mile (1.5 km) northwest of Cairnryan. A beetle, which formed part of the Mulberry Harbours tested nearby during the Second World War, can still be seen on the beach here.
