Feith Osdail

(Feacuteith Osdail)

A section of river in the Sutherland District of Highland Council Area, Féith Osdail has been adapted to transport the headwaters of the River Brora west to the River Tirry and onwards into Loch Shin as part of the hydro-electric scheme centred on that loch. It extends from a weir on the Brora at Dalnessie Lodge for 4 miles (6 km) west to join the Tirry 1¼ miles (2 km) northeast of Achnairn.
