Twin Law

A summit in the south of the Lammermuir Hills, Twin Law rises to 447m (1466 feet) 7½ miles (12 km) northeast of Lauder and 10 miles (16 km) west northwest of Duns in the Scottish Borders. The Twinlaw Cairns form prominent landmarks and are reputed to mark the graves of two brothers, from the Edgar of Wedderlie family, who fought on opposite sides in an ancient battle. The hill lies on the route of the Southern Upland Way.
