Beld Knowe One of the Lowther Hills, Beld Knowe rises to 507m (1663 feet) on the border between South Lanarkshire and Dumfries & Galloway, a mile (1.5 km) east of the Daer Reservoir and 5½ miles (9 km) west northwest of Moffat.
