An uninhabited island of the Shetland Islands, Lamba lies within Yell Sound and a mile (1.5 km) from the entrance to Sullom Voe. The island has an area of 43 ha (106 acres) and rises to 35m (115 feet). There is a tall lighthouse on its southern side.
