West Burrafirth, Isle ofA small uninhabited island lying off the north coast of the Walls Peninsula of the West Mainland of Shetland, the Isle of West Burrafirth is located a mile (1.5 km) north of the mouth of West Burra Firth and 3¾ miles (6 km) east of the settlement of Melby. The island rises to 45m (147 feet).
