Stob Coire Easain

Rising to a height of 1115m (3658 feet) to the west of Loch Treig in the Lochaber district of Highland Council Area, the Munro peak of Stob Coire Easain is joined to Stob a'Choire Mheadhoin by a high bealach at 960m (1050 feet). The summit cairn is located on a 6¼ mile (10 km) long high ridge running north to south. The east and west slopes are particularly steep and the name is derived from the Gaelic for "peak to the corrie of the little waterfall".
