A summit within the Fetteresso Forest of S Aberdeenshire, the Hill of Mossmaud rises to 343m (1125 feet) a half-mile (0.8 km) southeast of Mongour and 3 miles (5 km) west of Rickarton. The Durris Transmitting Station is located on its northern slopes.
