An uninhabited rock-trimmed islet of the Outer Hebrides, Narstay (Gael: Narstaigh) lies in the Sound of Harris, to the northwest of Opsay, 2½ miles (4 km) northeast of North Uist. It rises to 10m (33 feet) above sea level.
