Rowantree Hill

A summit in the Carrick district of South Ayrshire, Rowantree Hill rises to 559m (1833 feet) on the northeastern flank of Craigenreoch, 4 miles (6.5 km) east southeast of Barr. A subsidiary summit a quarter-mile to the east northeast rises to 552m (1811 feet). Its southern and eastern slopes are cloaked with plantation forest, while the pass of Nick of the Balloch lies to the northeast.
