A small island located at the junction of Loch Cairnbawn, Loch Glencoul and Loch Glendhu in the Assynt district of the NW Highlands, Garbh Eilean is now connected to Kylestrome on the northern shore by a causeway and the island now conveys the A894 road to the Kylesku Bridge.
