Seaforth Island


(Eilean Shìophort)

An uninhabited island which forms part of the Aline Estate in the Outer Hebrides, Seaforth Island (Gael: Eilean Shiphoirt) lies within Loch Seaforth and is divided by the boundary between Lewis and North Harris. Occupying an area of 273 ha (675 acres) it reaches a high point of 217m (712 feet) at an unnamed hill to the north of the island.
