Meall Garbh

A craggy subsidiary summit of Beinn Sgulaird, on the same southwest-northeast ridge in N Argyll and Bute, Meall Garbh with a steep southeastern face which rises to 848m (2782 feet), 1½ miles (2.5 km) northwest of Lochan an Lair and 2 miles (3 km) south of Glenure. Confusingly, there is another mountain of the same name located only 2 miles (3 km) to the southwest.
