Hoodens Hill

A summit in the panhandle of East Ayrshire which descends into Dumfries and Galloway, Hoodens Hill lies a miles (1.8 km) north of Mullwharchar and rises to a height of 568m (863 feet). Geologically, it is composed of granite, part of the extensive Loch Doon Igneous Complex.
