Carn DeargA wooded summit in the Great Glen, Carn Dearg is situated on the southeastern shore of Loch Ness, 1½ miles (2.5 km) southwest of Foyers. It has multiple summits, the loftiest of which reach 298m (977 feet) and 297m (974 feet) respectively. Bonagour's Cave lies on its eastern slopes.
