Water of Gairney

A stream in the E Grampians, the Water of Gairney rises on Braid Cairn on the border between Aberdeenshire and Angus. It flows northeastwards through the Forest of Glen Tanar to join the Water of Allachy and then the Water of Tanar to form a tributary of the River Dee.
