Dowrie Burn

A stream in S Aberdeenshire, the Dowrie Burn is formed near Fettercairn by the meeting of the Burn of Garroll, Crichie Burn and Burn of Balnakettle which rise in the Braes of Angus. It flows southeastwards across the Howe of the Mearns to join the Luther Water to the east of Luthermuir. The stream passes through an area of intensive pig farming.
