An eastern summit on the raised plateau that contains Carn na Caim to the north and A' Bhuidheanach Bheag to the southwest, Meall Odhar Mor rises to approximately 860m (2821 feet) in N Perth and Kinross, close to the border with Highland. It has a steep southeastern face which leads down into Cama' Choire, 2 miles (3 km) west of Loch an Duin.
