Fruin Water

A river of E Argyll and Bute, the Fruin Water rises 1¼ miles (2 km) east of Garelochhead and flows southeastwards to a point 2 miles (3 km) to the northeast of the centre of Helensburgh. The river then turns east and meanders towards Arden, before to entering the lower section of Loch Lomond opposite Inchmurrin island, having completed a course of 10 miles (16 km).
