The western summit of a ridge shared with Troisgeach, a half-mile (0.8 km) to the southeast, Meall nan Caora rises to 721m (2365 feet) on the border between Stirling and Argyll & Bute, a mile (1.5 km) southwest of Gleann nan Caorann and 3¾ miles (6.5 km) north of Loch Sloy.
