River White Esk

A river of Dumfries and Galloway, the White Esk rises on Ettrick Pen, 8 miles (13 km) east of Moffat. It flows generally southwards and in Castle O'er Forest is joined from the west by the Black Esk to form the main course of the River Esk which flows through Langholm to the Solway Firth.
