An elongated lochan in the N of Islay in Argyll & Bute, Loch Carn nan Gall is situated on the northeastern slopes of Tais Bheinn, 3¾ miles (6 km) west of the settlement of Caol Ila. It extends to cover an area of 2.3 ha (5.7 acres) and casts off a stream to the south which falls into the Sruthan Airigh an t-Sagairt.
