BenerairdThe mountain of Beneraird is located on the border between South Ayrshire and Dumfries and Galloway, 4 miles (6 km) southeast of Ballantrae, South Ayrshire. Rising to a height of 439m (1440 feet), it lies to the west of the Arecleoch Forest and is the source of the Water of App.
