Water of Lendal

A small river in South Ayrshire, the Water of Lendal forms from headstreams approximately a half-mile (0.8 km) southwest of Loch Lochton and flows southwest to Lendal Lodge, gaining several streams along the way, before turning west. It falls into Carleton Bay at Lendalfoot, having completed a course of 3¾ miles (6 km).
