Nighean, Lochan nanOne of a group of small lochs and lochans in the Inverness district of Highland Council Area, Lochan nan Nighean lies at an altitude of 255m (836 feet) above Loch Ness, on its steeply-sloping southern shore, a half-mile (0.8 km) north of Loch Knockie and 2 miles (3 km) west of Whitebridge.
